In the BIAB Help menu, pick Topic Search and then type in, "Define Custom" without the quotes. Hit the List Topics button underneath and then pick "Define Custom Drum Kit from the list below.
This will tell you how to access the Custom Drum Kit window from inside the StyleMaker.
The command is found in the "Style" menu inside the Stylemaker.
Remember that it can only work with MIDI drums, not the RealDrums.
