Haven't tried this, but I'm pretty sure that the BiaB "End" bar is what stops the song.
You might try extending the end of the song on the chord grid for so many bars and then invoke a fully Rested chord, though. Of course, you wouldn't then enjoy any of the Endings that BiaB creates when you do this.
Another workaround might be to create some Blank songs of a certain short length, save them and then place those in between the real songs. BiaB stops song #1, loads song #2, which is the Blank song, it plays but nothing heard for that time period, then BiaB loads song #3, which is another real song, etc. This would preserve any Endings and also does not involve altering any of the already existing songfiles.
