Likely the Software Record Properties mixer for the internal soundcard needs visited and adjusted.

Typically found by double clicking the little speaker icon in the taskbar by the clock, then when the first mixer window opens, which is the Playback (not Record) mixer, go to the File menu of that window and select Properties. From there, navigate to the Record Properties window and put checkmarks in front of the selections, then say Okay and the window should then turn into the Record mixer view where you can select an input and adjust faders. The Wave input is the one desired here.

If that doesn't do the job, don't forget about the RealDrums Control Panel Prefs where you can adjust the volume of RealDrums globally in terms of dB. But try the Mixer first, as the standard default setting for RealDrums is up to snuff if the Playback is sounding okay as you said.
