Much has changed as to the amount of space needed since ver 2009.

There is a command inside the newer versions of BB that will allow you to eliminate 2/3 of the Realtracks your version stores, because there is no longer a need for duplication of the same realtrack in two or three other keys due to the amazing abilities of the embedded Elastique pitch stretching engine.

This means that you may just have enough room on your internal laptop hardrive to simply just do the installation.

After the installation is done, if you want to remove certain of the realtracks that you don't want to use, I don't see why you couldn't just manually Delete those from the drive. They will simply show up as "N/A" and will yield an error message should you try to invoke one that isn't there. That would also solve the last question problem, as you would be able to peruse the Realtracks picker and see if there is a chart available or not and simply decide to delete those that don't have the chart available.
