I had my 2011 program in a folder called d:\biab_2011\. Mac suggested I:
1.) copy/backup my \biab_2011\ folder -- just in case.
2.) rename d:\biab_2011 to d:\bb\ -- no benefit in going away from the "standard"
3.) Install 2012 over the top of 2011.
Worked without a hitch.
