Al. Your disk appears to be nearly full. 58GB, 7GB free. Windows uses 10% by default for swap files. Thats 5.8GB. If those figures are correct that's your problem. It would also explain some of the other issues you were having and the fact the upgrade to 2012 didn't improve things.

You need to free up some space. Try cleaning your drive, deleting unused programs and defrag. You might find that cures all your problems.
