Maybe, I always thought the swap file was hidden from apps asking for disk space. Either way that's still really full. Between memory swaps and BiaB disk access I'm betting you've got a lot of disk thrashing going on. And I'd also bet the drive is really fragmented as there's little space to write files.

I'd still seriously consider a good cleanup and defrag. That's been reported to cure some strange BiaB issues in the past.

BTW, while your system should run BiaB for the most part, you are on the low end of system requirements. That means even more reliance on disk swapping, memory paging etc. All the more reason to free some space. Maybe you can offload some programs to a portable USB drive, they're really cheap these days.
