If I get what you are aksing right, the answer is no.

RealTracks need a lot more than just an audio file of a single instrument in order to work. BIAB must be told quite a bit of info about the phrases and notes that are in that file, plus the Loop Points must be found and entered as data "behind the scenes" in order for the program to intelligently slice and dice a performance up and match it to the chords we enter on the chord grid.
