Hi Guido,
There is possibly some rogue command lurking inside the songfile(s) that are exhibiting this undesirable behavior.
Try taking a look at the songfile using the MIDI Monitor when this happens, before opening and resetting the synth.
If that is not an option for you, find a place on the web for storage and upload one or more of the offending songfiles to that place, then post the URLs here on this thread and others can then download the file and examine it at their end, maybe get to the bottom of this alot faster.
