If using the VSC, open its control panel via MIDI/Audio output window and set the VSC control panel to Volume view, make sure all faders including the Master fader are turned all the way up to the right. There is some kind of known bug where the VSC gets turned down on us occasionally.
*Don't know if you are looking to see RealInstruments on the piano keyboard at the top, be advised that they cannot do that, only the MIDI parts (or RealInst parts that can now create their own notation) can do that. There is no data for the piano keyboard to play on any RealParts that don't include the notation option that came about in BB2009.
If the Real part is in Green and there is an underline beneath its name, it has a corresponding MIDI notation to it.
