These are blues songs played and sung by B.B King.
However, what kind of subcategories would you
put these songs?

Three O'Clock Blues
Darling, You Know I Love You
Nobody Loves Me But My Mother
Rock Me Baby
The Thrill Is Gone
You Upset Me Baby
Paying the Cost to Be the Boss
Peace Of Mind
Sweet Little Angel
Everybody I have the Blues
Bad Case Of Love

Thank you for your time!

Subcategorizing the blues is rather subjective, but I'd consider:

Three O'Clock & Sweet Little Angel to be "slow blues"

Paying the Cost to Be the Boss and Everyday I Have the Blues to be "jump" type blues

The Thrill Is Gone is considered a prototypical minor blues

Is this the kind of subcategories you had in mind?

I believe that should read, "Every DAY I Have the Blues"...

Not sure exactly what you mean by "category" here though. In my book, they are ALL "blues" tunes. I guess using Fast and Slow blues is a start. You might also consider the number of bars, quite common way to delineate blues changes, such as "8 bar blues" or "12 bar blues" or "12 bar blues w/ two five turnaround" etc.

For those designations, open your included bb BluesC or BluesF folder and go thru the songs in there to see how PGMusic properly identifies them. TIP - quite a few of those use BB chord changes, if you mute the Melody track while listening, it is often easy to identify the BB tune that will fit and then you can simply rename and Save without the PGMusic melody line and add your own BB melody to it and done. Well, often you have to transpose the key to the key that BB sings it.

Definetely the style is much on bass rhythm. But there are other factors
too I guess. But I do not have any idea how to categories those songs.

Subcategories might go like this:

Jazz Blues
Big Band Blues
New Orleans Blues
Chicago Blues
Country Blues
Delta Blues
Hokum
Jump Blues
Memphis Blues
Piedmont Blues
East Coast Blues
Texas Blues
Rhythm and blues
Rock Blues
Gospel

Thank you for your time!

The only meanings I know for "hokum" are "nonsense," "sentimental material," "false or irrelevant material." Never heard it applied to music (with the possible exception of Lawrence Welk).

At least I tought that American national music cuold be categorized easily by native citizens. The blues versions mentioned are so different. Yesh and there are 200 more great blueses played by B.B to be categorized.
