I just wrote something that would sound good with a key change at the beginning of the 2nd chorus.
Here's how I tried to go about it:
1. Curser on bar one
2. Right click/bar settings
3. At top, clicked chorus #2
3. My choice box for key change dissappears.
4. Put back to "all choruses", my key change window comes back
I'm afraid to do it with all choruses, because I don't want to transpose the entire song, just a key change for the 2nd chorus, and maybe the third.
Any thoughts? Thank You

Hmm...
Just tried it here, BB2009 build 282.
If I pick the Chorus first, the Transpose block does indeed gray out.
But if I pick the Transpose key FIRST, then I can pick the Chorus number and hit Okay.
BUT -- in a simple 32 bar song with 3 choruses and all MIDI, the transpose does not take effect. Tried Saving, no difference.
I think you may have found a BUG here...

Oh no, not a bug!!!! LOL
Does it ever work? Key changes, I mean? I could lay out the song differently if that would work. Or I'm supposing someone will say next "You can put it in RB and do it." I would do that more, but sometimes my stuff is in various stages of editing, and RB seems to be one way. . . Go in BB, come out .SEQ, never to be welcome in BIAB again.

It is supposed to work and it worked at one time.
You could try the UNfold to one long song command and see if it works there right now, might git R done that way until someone figures out what's gone wrong for both of us on this one.

I will try that today. I worry that if I unfold, I will loose all of my BAR settings. I have BAR settings, different for all 3 choruses, and was very pleased how well it added realism to the song. It is no big deal, a key change in the middle, it just sounds authentic. I can live without it for now.

First change the name of the song by doing a SaveAs.
That way the original remains untouched.
I usually just append a revision number to the end of the songfile name when doing that, "mysong" then "mysong1".
Work on mysong1 and always keep mysong archived just in case.
