I just got my Real Drums 4 today and like the Reggae 060 style but it is audio, is there any way- preferably simple - that I can alter the tempo, I tried F5 but it didn't work.

Set the base Tempo in the main BPM window.
If you already have a RealDrum track invoked, you will have to regenerate the track in order to hear it at the new tempo setting.

Mac, I have no idea what you are talking about. I opened a new track and set the tempo and then imported the track as a wave file but that didn't work, neither did going to tempo and changing the tempo when the drum track was installed. The only change I noted was that the measure of bars shortened so that the line moved further faster but the audio sound stayed the same speed.
Could you please elaborate further.

RB cannot change the tempo of a wav file once it has been made.
There should be a message to that effect when you try to change the wav file tempo.
The only way to change the tempo of wav file safely is on RealTracks, but you must first erase the existing RealTrack(s), change the Tempo and then regenerate the RealTracks at that tempo setting.
Don't overlook the Tempo (BPM) range of the RealTracks in use. Typically we can go about 20 BPM slower and about 10 BPM faster than the tempo listed for the specific RealTrack before digital artifacts and other things start to happen due to the stretching.
Of course, if you have all MIDI tracks, you can change the BPM at will and get instant response.

RealDrums may act the same as RealTracks in that situation. Give it a try and if the RealDrums don't change tempo to suit after entering a new BPM in the main tempo window, then try the regeneration of RealDrums thing.

Mac, once again I'm lost, I am assuming that you mean to delete the track that has the drums on it, then change the tempo and then import the wave file, I've tried that but it didn't work.
I am not very computer literate so what is obvious to many is not to me, that's the way it is, other things I have expertise in but not computers.

Think you have to delete or erase the RD track,set the tempo you want,then generate the RD as mac says.Very different from a midi drum track!
