I think not because 1- there is no tip to do so in the Edit/Insert Bars menu, 2- I don't see it in the keyboard shortcut list, and 3- since, after Edit/Insert Bars selection, you get a dialog you need to click out of, it's not a quick thing to do anyway.

But I could be wrong.
