*Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest update patch for our version.

*I have never had this happen, so I don't think its a bug or the like.

*If all else fails, remember, whenever BIAB doesn't do what it is supposed to do, try a reboot of the machine first, if still no joy, go to Opts. menu inside BIAB and try the Return to Factory Settings. There may be a need to regenerate a corrupted volatile file and this will do that for you. Then try again.
