Until such time as development may (or may not) give you something like you request, consider using the same Comment Window to add reminders about those changed bars at the right point in the lyrics. I do that with the Lyrics quite bit, using parentheses and/or brackets, sometimes even ascii graphics such as:

(--------> BREAK! ----->)

And other such cues.
