Got the update earlier but didn't get a chance to see what the new update brought to the table and haven't seen anything on this website to explain it either. Perhaps I am getting blinder as I age.
Mind sharing what I can expect?

Just found the new app update this morning.....downloaded a couple of files (.MGU files) using it. When I opened either tune, it came up fine in the chords window on my iPhone 4S, but the play button remained red (wasn't green as I was expecting) so neither song will play. Anyone get it to work appropriately yet? Any suggestions about what I might do to get the tunes to play?

Did you get the songs you downloaded using this updated app to actually play? They do not on my iPhone 4S. I've read the help and appear to be doing exactly as it says.

I have no problem downloading the file to a named folder....but, the little "play" icon remains red colored (instead of green), so the tune won't play. There are no other instructions as to what to do. Plus, there's absolutely no info regarding connecting up with someone responsible for the app creation.
Could be a neat app....oh well,

I am at work so I can't walk you through it today but know that it can be done.
I loaded most of my BIAB files back when I first got the app several months ago and generated quite a few of them. They will play fine without WIFI connection on my iPad as I just tried one after reading your last reply. Playing files that were not generated (or trying to regenerate a file) can only be accomplished when connected to your PC/MAC version of BIAB via the BIAB server.
There are settings on a page in BIAB that I can't recall right now that will allow you to connect your device to the BIAB server via WIFI. It was a little tricky at first to me but I was able to figure it out. May have even gotten help from PG personnel.
