I downloaded and installed the 2012.5 (MegaPak) upgrade about 5 days ago, and upgraded over my 2006 version. I've used it most days since, and tonight I clicked the shortcut button and...
it ran the 2006 version!
I tried the Start menu program link and also got 2006.
In my C:\bb folder I have bbw.exe modified date 16/02/2007. In there are also a bunch of new files including the 2012.5 manual PDF.
Bizarre!
Even more crazy, I went to where I'd downloaded the 11GB of this update and those files were gone!
I have the Amplitube zip file is there (I downloaded version 3.8 separately), but none of the massive files I spent 2 days downloading.
Any ideas anyone? Does BIAB have a self-destruct feature or something?

We would need more details, but it's best you call PG Music Support now. They can talk you through it, or even take over your computer to fix it.

I chatted with Will at PG for a while. He had no idea but did give me new download links (thanks Will).
I thought I'd add a few more things:
I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, with the stock Security Essentials as my only Anti-Virus.
I checked the Recycle Bin - no BIAB stuff there.
I have not used System Restore recently, and I know it's not something like that since I appear to still have all of the RealTracks and other new files there.
I used Google Chrome to download the first file (BIAB itself) and Firefox + Downthemall to download the rest of them, including the Amplitube one I still have as far as I know.
The files are still indexed since they turn up in searches, but clicking on them in the search results doesn't work (file not found).
I'm downloading the program again and will see how it goes just reinstalling that.

OK, installed that one (main) file and now it's running 2012.5 again, good.
Is there a way to show ONLY the styles I have all the RealTracks for?
I've got a list of nearly 2000 styles and sometimes when I open them it says the RealTracks are not found. I can see the "NA" in the style list, so I can figure that, but is there a way to just hide any style I don't have all the files for?
Also, is there a way to list all of the style or RealTracks sets I do have?

Click OPT > What add-ons do I have? that will show all the products you currently have.  Also click on styles, then rebuild. After about 30 seconds it will stop. If you select and play a style that needs a particular RT, NOT there, the yellow box will come up. You'd have two options......Play with the style, or add a RT similar to the "RT missing". Bit of caution here.....Make sure you give the new style a new name...... Then click STYLES > Save Current style(With RealTracks)

Thanks for the info about finding what add-ons I have; that's useful.
I would like to be able to filter the list of styles (when setting a style) so that it only shows ones I have. The yellow box that comes up to say I don't have a RT only happens after I load the style. I see "NA" but I'd rather just not see that style at all. Is that possible?
