Thanks. I think that either you have selected a custom location for your RealTracks folder in the Band-in-a-Box program, or you have chosen the wrong location of your RealTracks folder when you reinstalled.

In Band-in-a-Box, open the RealTracks Settings dialog (Ctrl+click on RealTracks button) and make sure "Use custom location..." us unchecked.

If your Band-in-a-Box folder is H:\bb (for example), this will be the location of your RealTracks folder. Run the 137-154 installation(s) making sure the RealTracks folder location is set to H:\bb (for example).
