I've found that a good plan of attack when trying to solve problems like this are ...

1. Close down the program.

2. Fully turn off the computer (not just suspend).

3. Restart the computer, and then restart the program.

If the problem persists ...

4. Go to "Opt | Return to factory settings" and select the top option (see image below).



5. Exit BIAB and restart the program for the settings to take effect.

Please let me know the outcome from this and we'll move on from there if need be.
