Hi Hutchins,
It's time to call in PG Support (I don't work for them, I'm just a user like you). Contact details are under the "Support" link at the very top of this webpage. They have many ways to contact them, including a toll fee number.
In addition to talking to them, I'd send them an email with the URL of this thread. They will then be able to see what has been suggested to you and what you have already tried. It will help them towards a solution.
When you get the problem fixed, please post the solution in this thread as it will potentially be useful to someone else who might experience a similar problem.
