Another fabulous musician to be honored with the same award is the modern French bowmaker and inventor, also a pianist and violinst, Benoit Rolland, now living in Boston and creating his carbon graphite and wood bows that exhibit more enhanced playability and sound than *any* of the well-known and expensive bows of the past. Half a million bucks.
