RealBand would be the far better software choice, Using the Tempo window, checking "Stretch Audio".

Or the free Audacity program (websearch for it), which has a plugin that makes it very easy to do, highlight the imported track, select from the Effects menu, "Change speed" and experiment a bit to get the exact Tempo desired.

After changing the .wav file and saving same, it can then be opened in BiaB using the ACW if you need the song there to continue working.
