If you imported RealDrums, then the clicks are recorded as .wav onto the Drums track.
Take a look at your drum track in graphic waveform view or in bars view.
If you see the countin ticks in those bars, you can highlight the two bars using the mouse and do one of several things: 1) Cut it and choose Leave Gap to permanently erase the recording of the click. 2) Reduce the volume of those two bars all the way down, turning it back up at the start of the 3rd bar. This is sometimes easiest done using PianoRoll View and the Audio Volume mousedraws.
