Hi,
Are you *sure* you are using the VSC-DXi? Check in the MIDI Devices window (Options - Preferences - MIDI - MIDI Devices). Is "Re-route MIDI playback to default DXi/VSTi synth" checked? If not, you may not be using the VSC-DXi.
If you are sure that you *are* using the VSC-DXi, and the MIDI tracks are out of sync with the audio tracks, then is it possible that you previously edited this song to slide some of the tracks... ? Try starting a new song - make a simple MIDI track then generate some RealDrums and see if they are in sync.
