If you don't insist on PDF format, BiaB will directly save your leadsheet as a TIF, JPG, or a few other things. These are useful -- tiny, editable with a simple graphics program, and fast to display with any picture viewer.

For BiaB 2012:

Display the leadsheet, with the part you want
Press Print
Press Print Preview
Press SAVE or SAVE++ at the top (both do the same thing)

Then choose from a list of graphics formats. Lowest res PNG is extra good for black and white scores. It will be saved to the same directory where you have your BiaB file. The files look great.

If you ever want to, you can drag those leadsheets into Acrobat later and make yourself a PDF fakebook arranged as you like it.
