Might find joy in the default settings, Options -> Return to Factory Settings.
I use that a lot because there are just so many places in this program where I can change things, forgetting or misplacing what I did, etc.
Don't be afraid of the Factory Settings. Matter of fact, there's a place in there where you can take a snapshot of your favorites while everything is still working so that next time you hit the Return button, you lose none of your personal settings.
