Yes indeed, using the F5 key to bring up the Bar Settings window.
Notice that Tempo can be changed using BPM or a Percentage Value.
Percentage Value is very useful when implying Accelerando or Ritardondo in a by-the-bar basis.
Since the setting must be invoked for each bar, using the same Percentage in each bar will make a linear tempo progression without having to do he BPM math drill.
Don't forget that, if there are succeeding bars that might have to return to tempo, to click that succeeding bar and enter it or the piece will continue on playing in the last invoked tempo.
