Didn't specifically try it, because I don't think it is implemented in RealBand -- yet.
This is a very good one for the wishlist and a future version IMO.
However, instead of trying to open the .mgu/.sgu or whatever BIAB file in RealBand, try exporting as standard MIDI file plus any RealTracks as separate wavs. Then open the MIDI file in RealBand and import the wav tracks if any one at a time. That will keep the performance as you heard it in BIAB.
