You might find joy using the LeadSheet view, which can show more of the staff area.

For the really intense practice sessions, though, I'm not beyond doing a Copy 'n Paste into a New songfile of just the area of interest, changing the number of choruses to max acceptable, checking Loop and Saving As by appending the filename, "mysong_practBridge.mgu"


Matter of fact, I have had a folder in my bb folder for years named, "Woodshed" and that's where I store such. BB songfiles are so tiny in size, I just keep them.
