Have reasonable ear, but just a touch before 14 seconds does not sound right to me. Am not familiar enough with guitar sounds. Am aware that in some music there is sometimes "clashing" touches. To my ear their is a bit of a clash between the melody note that the lead guitar is playing and the chord. Not enough that I would advise you to change it. I've put worse in my own songs.

I have audio transposed single short notes before, worked great.
May try that, will have to wait and see when doing finals.

The Lead Guitar is Bending a note at around the 14 sec mark, which in this case is indeed a bit out of tune with the backing tracks. Try regenerating the Lead in an attempt to have the algorithm place that bend somewhere else.

It sounds like he is hanging on to a tone that should be used in "passing" -- I'd regenerate to get rid of it.
P.S. OK, I think Mac is right about the bend. In any case, it is not a good choice of a note at that point in time.
