You do realize that anytime you click on a Bar nunmber in the Chord Grid to check a setting, it will likely revert to the setting for the First Chorus?
Maybe you should store your songfile somewhere on the web and provide a URL to that here, so that others can check out the songfile, that is often the fastest way to get to the bottom of problems reported such as this.
