It's possible that there were a couple different versions of the Uno, I've had mine for a while.

Since your MD100 is not showing up in your Windows Sound and Audio Devices, let alone Real Band, it's not going to show up in Real Band at all.
Again, my suggestion is to purchase a reputable MIDI interface, M-Audio, Edirol, etc.
IF you have one of those joystick to MIDI cable cables that go into the back of the Creative Card, you do not need USB, that cable will still work with your JV1010. In fact, with that cable, you can connect the controller via the USB, AND use the cable to output to the JV1010.
Otherwise, buy a new interface.

I'm blessed watching God do what He does best. I've had a few rough years, and I'm still not back to where I want to be, but I'm on the way and things are looking far better now than what they were!
