Hi Mac...
I have searched and re-searched the RB folders for the files you mentioned... even did a Windows search for them. But they're not there. Here are all the "RB"/"RealBand files in the folder:
rb.chw
RealBand.exe
RealBand Users guide.pdf
RealBand.exe.manifest
RealBand.tip
RealBand.tpb
rbseq32.dll
I've also checked RB's sub folders... they're not there.
Whether this will fix my problem or not, I just ordered the M-Audio USB Uno cable. After hearing about so many other people who have one say that they don't have any problems with it I have decided to give it a try as it comes with drivers.
