You have options.

You can choose to Render a file and specify separate tracks in the Render window.

You can use the Drag 'n Drop feature, one of my favorite ways of doing this. (I like to create a folder in Explorer and name it accordingly, then Drag 'n Drop from BB into that folder, one track at a time. From the folder, I can then drag into the DAW program if it is programmed to accept that, or use the program's "Import" routine to bring tracks into it.

Look under the "Combo" trackname using Rightclick...
