The Theater Organists called it, "Repeat" but that really emulated a Roll of the two sticks, typically on the same note.

The B3 never had Repeat tab and speed control on it, because to do so would have cost an inordinate amount of money given the tonewheels and all those switches. Later home models of Hammonds finally featured a Repeat tab on them, due to the demand and the fact that all the other organ brands already had 'em.

Problem with attempts to replicate same with MIDI single note samples is what is known as the "machine gun effect" - which hardly ever does it justice.

There may be samples of the whole role out there somewhere, mapped to one note.
