BiaB can handle 12/8 by using some of the 4/4 SWing styles, which subdivide each quarter note beat into threes.
In the Stylepicker, you can do a Search for 12/8 to see some examoles of usage with the PGMusic demo files.
In order to enter chords from a sheet that is written in 12/8, however, you've got to realize what the arithmetic involved with converting the 12 8th notes per bar into 4 groups of triplet swing. Once you have that, it isn't a big deal.
And you might find joy with the 4/4 part by changing to an EVen feel style, depending.
