Suggestion:

1) A Double Time Jazz Met

Where it hits on the "ands" of all four beats.

2) A Jazz Waltz met:

This is where the met hits are over two bars of 3/4, but starts on the backbeat for the first 3, is on the front for the next 3, etc.

1-2-3-1-2-3

Note that even though the song is in three, the met is actually tring to make us feel in four here. This is what yields the sound of a Jazz Waltz, actually. Think "Bluesette" in its 60s renderings.
