I don't often share recommendations for music to download here at PG's forums, but there are a few of us here who know Dimi via forums and collabs, and he has decided to share his 4 self-produced albums for free as downloadable .zip files.

You will really like these if you are a fan of melodic instrumental guitar rock ala Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, etc. A couple of differences, however:

1. I think Dimi has a much broader composition/writing style than either Satch or Vai
2. Dimi's products sound BETTER than much of the professionally recorded/produced stuff - he's a master of home recording and composition.
3. His tonal variety is also broader than those two.
4. Rarely does his 'shredding' become tiresome to my ear - there is usually a very pleasant melody or simply interesting or mesmerizing tone that accompanies the astonishing array of notes. And watching his videos, he makes it seem so simple in many case.

Of all of the albums so far, I think I like Mother Earth the best, but I'm just now checking out Broken Clouds, and I'm liking the new direction he is taking in that one.

Again, if you like real rock guitar hero playing, you are going to love his albums.
