I know I should probably go through the tons of STYLES I have but I thought I'd do this the easy ask and simply ask.
I'm interested in some African Soukous (9/8 time) and Zydeco/Cajun music. Anybody know where they might in all the various styles available? That is, if they ARE available.

Do you have, and did you have a look at "98_TURK.STY", "98ORK.STY", "RealTracks Set 123" and "Styles Set #8"? Search for the following styles: 98_4_5 98_Jazz1 98_Jig 98_Rock 98_Turk =CAJUN_B C_CAJUN CAJNZYD2 GUMBO ZYDECO1 ZYDECO3 You may have to make your own... Hope this helps

Just got around to reading the replies in another topic and just did the search for those styles and, yes, some of them are just what I'm looking for. THANKS!!!  P.S. Er, one more question (since you're here). Concerning the style " Africa 2 - World Styles 2 [AFRICA2.STY] This is a 12/8 style." Is it possible to change that time signature from 12/8 to 9/8? I know it's about the F5 key, but can you change a whole song from 12/8 to 9/8 using this African style?

Try it. Hit F5 and change the first bar to 9 beats, it will continue to play 9 beats per bar unless you hit F5 again and tell it otherwise.
Whether or not it would fit what you want to do is another issue, try it and see if you like it or not.

Tried it. Got a message that says "acceptable range 0-4"
So type in "3" - the style is actually 4/4 triplets - same as 12/8, so 3/4 triplets would be same as 9/8 I got an interesting sound by alternating 4/4 bars with 2/4 bars and placing the chord changes on beats 1 & 4 of the 4/4 bars only. The 3/4 bars by themselves felt a little disjointed.
