Not sure which Tyros you're using, but from the sound of the Stuck C issue, I would hit the owner's manual or Bing Search for how to perform the Factory Reset for the particular model.
Sounds like something has it confused...

MAC: I have both a Tyros 1 and 4....both have the same problem. Took your advice and did Factory Reset on the 1 this afternoon & it worked!! It's my backup machine, so wasn't too worried about losing any arrangements, but will backup all of them in the 4 tomorrow and then try the same function. Pray it works, and THANK YOU for your suggestion.....no one, even the techie at Yamaha even came up with that one!! Godspeed!! LD

The techie at Yamaha has never been on a paid date, with a full orchestra or band and recording crew sitting there chewing up the investor's money like candy while his keyboard failed to work.

You either solve the problem quickly and permanently, or "you will never work in this town again..."
