Perhaps if you find one of those free file sharing sites and upload your songfile attempt to it and provide the link to that in this thread, others here could download your file and have a look at it.
That would be much faster way of going about this at this stage of the game as there are so many possibilities to investigate.
Seeing the actual songfile on our own BB setups would likely get to the bottom of this fairly quickly.
