Hi I was wondering if there is an easy way to force a drum fill in a measure?
Example I have a 4 measure intro and want to force drum fills in the 3rd and 4th measure... Can this be done in the chord window?

A part marker will force a drum fill. Click on a measure number in the Chordsheet. That measure will change from blue to green to neither in a cycle. A part marker that is a color change from the prior measure will usually cause a fill to sound more "active".
If all you want is drums for the fill, muting the other instruments in that measure (use F5) will also emphasize the drums. When I do this, I usually have the bass play, too.

A part marker that is a color change from the prior measure will usually cause a fill to sound more "active". Even if you don't want to change 'A' style to 'B', adding this colorful solution (mentioned by Matt) makes it happen. What to remember - Change the color on the measure you want a fill leading into (ie if you want the fill to be actually in measure 23 leading into 24, change the color on measure 24) You can make two or three measures in a row the same color; the generated track will have fills leading into each colored measure but the feel will not change if the same color is selected again (see above). So a color 'change' is not necessary, just a color selection.

thanks all ill give it a shot. I do use bar settings to mute the other instruments in the intro, but that tip was definatly something I will try!!

I have one song in the works now that has the drums playing in the intro...everything else is muted.... and I have plenty that have fills added by inserting the same color part marker.

When using BiaB in live performance, I always set the Countin to be the 'b' Drum Fill instead of the metronomic click countin. I also set the Visible Metronome to be Top Right, just in case for whatever reason I can't quite hear the drum countin.
That sets a groove for the song coming up that I find to be much more intuitive than having just the click countin, so I don't have to always grab that all-important feel from memory every time.
Bear in mind that the only live performances I do with BB involve Jazz playing. For other genres the use of the Drum countins may or may not be a good way to go.
