When using BiaB in live performance, I always set the Countin to be the 'b' Drum Fill instead of the metronomic click countin. I also set the Visible Metronome to be Top Right, just in case for whatever reason I can't quite hear the drum countin.
That sets a groove for the song coming up that I find to be much more intuitive than having just the click countin, so I don't have to always grab that all-important feel from memory every time.
Bear in mind that the only live performances I do with BB involve Jazz playing. For other genres the use of the Drum countins may or may not be a good way to go.
