Hi Joe,

Click on the Notation View button and open Notation Options, in the center area of that window is a Transpose dropdown, make sure its set to Concert Key.

If you still have troubles, there are several different Transpose options in BB Prefs that may be the culprit, check there as well.

And always remember that the Return to Factory Settings command, found under the BB Options menu, will usually restore things like this the one-click way. I use that command from time to time.
