It is the "Options" in the Notation View where you can set the Clef and the note positions on the staff, also select whether or not you wish to see TAB.

NOT the Print button, the OPTIONS button.

However, first make sure that if you are using a Bass Realtrack that the word BASS up at the top Track Indicator is underscored, indicating that Notation is available. There are some Realtracks that were made before that feature was available that don't have the Notation Feature.
