Perhaps a total reinstall of BIAB right overtop of itself, with any virus scanners temporarily turned off would fix this.
It has been known to fix error messages like these in the past for some.
You do not have to uninstall BIAB at all, just reinstall right overtop of itself. You will not lose any songs or folders with songs that you have already created when you do that, a neat thing about BIAB.
