Band in a Box has an automatic substitution of Realtracks for MIDI styles built in, but you have to turn it on to use it.

Go to Prefs -> RealTracks and look at the listing on the RH side of that little window.

Find, "Auto-replace MIDI styles with RealTracks styles when songs loaded" and set it to True.

That said, there apparently is no RealTracks substitution available for the good old Bouncy style, but we have the option of rolling our own and saving it.

Believe it or not, you might find some Dixieland labeled backing instruments that will work with or instead of Bouncy.

Uae the Stylepicker's Filters for Feel and Tempo as well, by first loading a songfile that already uses Bouncy as the style and then using the Search feature inside the Stylepickjer to find RealTracks styles that are compat as to feel and tempo. Audition right inside the Stylepicker by first starting the song to Play and have Loop checked, then you can simply doubleclick styles from within Stylepicker and hear them get substituted into the playing songfile without leaving the Stylepicker window. Doesn't sound right, simply pick and doubleclick another until you find one that does.
