I've been with Powertracks since version 4 demo (5 was my first purchase), and everytime I purchase the newest version, the next one comes out. So I wish the other one would come out before I break down and purchase 12

Hey Mae Back in December on this Forum I asked Peter to tell us his intentions for PT. 715 people have looked at that post and there has been no answer from Peter. I have the current PT 12(10) and I love it. I have tried RealBand and find it clunky, although it is still a new program. I think that is where the focus has been for PG. I don't mind the transfer steps between PT and BIAB, I've used it for at least ten years to make backup bands for my tunes. But it may be that PT has reached the end of the road - I hope not, and would snap up an upgrade immediately. Yes I am biased toward PT - I would suggest you snap up PT 12(10) - even an upgrade would be financially feasible. Have you tried out the latest PT demo they offer? Cheers

PGMusic sales are great folks. Historically, those who purchased an older version within a reasonable time window of a newly released upgrade need only contact them to be given the upgrade anyway.
