Hi,
Our ISP (islandnet) have upgraded our server to a much faster one, and this means the web pages and forums shoud be loading a lot faster.
At my end they look to be loading a lot faster.

Any chance of increasing the archive size so older posts can be found directly?

PG Music has gone from one of the slower websites I use to one of the fastest. Thank you again.

I've certainly found things faster, when I can get on... Since the upgrade I have been having trouble accessing the server at night (Australian EST). No response at all... Perhaps this will correct itself (but I wouldn't count on it), I'll report if I continue to have trouble.

I've noticed all along that sometimes I can't log on on Monday mornings around 0800 EST--enough that I've wondered whether regular system maintenance goes on then. Does it?
There was one brief outage Tuesday which was unusual but other than that it has been running great.

Try clearing any browser cache you may have turned on that provides faster loading times, but may be part of the old stuff...

I know what you mean, John.
Over the last year Papamikie has be come smaller (change in eating style and increase in exercise). One of the things about that process is you put in your weight, age, etc and the machine calculate how many cals. you burn. As you loose weight you burn less cals becuase your are carring less weight. (A bit depressing, as you loose weight you do less work, and walking around does less work, and everything else does less work. (therefore you are supposed to reduce the amount you eat :-( )
You can easily put in the new weight, each week a little less, and therefore more work to burn the same amount of energy. But you can only move the Age up ever so slowly.
I have recommended they work on a way that you could also lower that age as you progress through the process of getting fit...

To follow on from Matt, since the upgrade I've noticed that I haven't had any time-out problems while trying to post - you know - the good ole this form is no longer valid one...
Am I just lucky or is this a thing of the past now?
